1. Service Description & Acceptance

BillVerse (the "Platform"), operated by HONG KONG CONNECT WORLD AFFAIRS LIMITED ("we", "us"), provides trade bill information display, corporate verification and inquiry matching services (the "Service") to international trading companies. By registering, logging in or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent and warrant that you are duly authorized by that company.

2. Platform Position & Disclaimer

• The Platform only provides information display and communication matching. It is not a party to any transaction and does not participate in any transaction between users;
• The Platform does not verify the authenticity, legality, validity or redeemability of any bill and does not provide discounting, financing, guarantee, settlement or fund custody services of any kind;
• The Platform charges no trading commission and never touches, handles or holds any transaction funds;
• Any disputes, losses or liabilities arising between users shall be resolved solely between the parties concerned, independent of the Platform.

3. Registration & Review

• You must provide true, accurate and complete company information and KYC documents;
• The Platform operates a "cloud auto-screening + manual review" mechanism; features unlock only after approval;
• Updated KYC documents require manual re-review, during which certain features may be suspended;
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe; losses caused by improper safekeeping are borne by you.

4. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

• Ensure authenticity, accuracy and legality of posted information and uploaded documents; do not post false, forged or expired bill information;
• Do not use the Platform for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or any unlawful activity;
• Do not engage in malicious inquiries, harassment, manipulation or other conduct disrupting platform order;
• Do not infringe intellectual property, trade secrets or other rights of others;
• Do not attack, disrupt or extract data from the Platform systems.

5. Content Regulation

You are solely responsible for the content you post. The Platform may (but is not obliged to) review posted content. For content violating these Terms or applicable law, we may remove it without notice and suspend or terminate the relevant account at our discretion; fees paid are non-refundable. Where a criminal offence is suspected, we will report to the competent authorities.

6. Fees

• Certain services are paid (annual package, single publish fee, top placement, etc.); prices are as published on the Service Fees page;
• Payment is made by offline bank transfer and services are activated after we verify the remittance voucher;
• Activated service fees are non-refundable unless required by law or agreed otherwise; publish credits deducted for bills rejected by the Platform will be refunded;
• We may adjust prices; adjustments do not affect already activated services.

7. Intellectual Property & Takedown

All platform content, trademarks, UI design and software belong to us or our licensors. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your rights, please submit a notice via the report function or the contact details below, and we will review and handle it promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of timeliness, security or accuracy; we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

9. Changes, Suspension & Termination

• We may change, suspend or terminate all or part of the Service for operational or compliance reasons with reasonable notice;
• You may self-deactivate your account anytime via Settings → Danger Zone; upon deactivation your profile is anonymized, all your bills are taken down and sign-in is frozen;
• We may terminate the Service to you if you seriously breach these Terms.

10. Updates & Dispute Resolution

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified through prominent means such as in-app notifications, and continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing which, they shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
